Experience Pancha Karma in India with Dr. Satyajith
A 16-day personalized Pancha Karma experience in Udupi, Karnataka.
UPCOMING EXPERIENCES · NOV 2026 · JAN 2027 · FEB 2027
After experiencing this Pancha Karma journey herself and seeing how deeply it transformed her own life, Kelsey has partnered with Dr. Satyajith Kadkol and the Sadaika Healthcare team to bring this special opportunity to her community.
This immersive experience offers a highly personalized approach to Pancha Karma, guided by traditional Ayurvedic care and designed to support deep renewal, reflection, and lasting change.
— KELSEY, DR. OF AYURVEDIC MEDICINE
“This experience changed my life forever. It was not only the Pancha Karma itself, but the intention behind every detail, the sacred ceremonies, the temples, the medicines prepared specifically for me, the daily reflection, and the people who became lifelong friends. I felt myself moving through something physical, emotional, and deeply personal, and by the end, I knew I had truly let something go.”
What Makes This Experience Unique
A DIFFERENT KIND OF PANCHA KARMA
Dr. Satyajith prepares individualized formulas for participants, with some medicines requiring six months to one year of preparation. Depending on the program, participants may also have an opportunity to see how medicinal herbs are grown, harvested, and prepared.
01
Health & Astrology Screening
Participants provide their health history along with exact birth date, time, and place. Dr. Satyajith and his team review the information, including the participant’s Vedic astrology chart, to determine whether it is an appropriate time to undergo Pancha Karma. Program dates are also selected with the lunar calendar and astrology in mind.
02
VedaPulse Assessments
A VedaPulse reading is completed at the beginning and end of the experience. The system uses heart rate variability to evaluate functional health and interpret findings through traditional frameworks including Ayurveda. Kelsey found the before-and-after report especially valuable for understanding the changes that took place during her program.
03
Personalized Herbal Medicine
This is not a traditional spa retreat or a fixed schedule of treatments. Each participant’s experience is individually guided and adjusted throughout the program based on their health history, constitution, response to treatment, and recommendations from the Ayurvedic medical team.
A Powerful Process of Letting Go
CEREMONY + INTENTION
This Pancha Karma experience extends beyond physical treatments. Participants are encouraged to create a personal Sankalpa, or intention, for their journey and may visit temples throughout the program to participate in sacred poojas connected to that intention.
During this experience, participants are also encouraged to journal daily and bring clothing they were willing to release at the end of the program. Both became part of a closing ceremony.
For Kelsey, this became one of the most meaningful parts of the experience, creating a tangible way to acknowledge what had shifted and what she was ready to leave behind.
Food, Music and Culture
AYURVEDA BEYOND THE TREATMENT ROOM
The 16-day experience includes opportunities to understand Ayurveda in a way that continues long after the program ends.
Ayurvedic Cooking & Nutrition
How to use and bloom spices
Portion sizes, freshness + food storage
Dairy, sweeteners + traditional preparation
Eating with the hands + Ayurvedic nutrition principles
Meals throughout the program are freshly prepared Satvik foods and may be adjusted according to individual and group needs.
Music & Cultural experiences
Music, dance, lectures, satsang, and other cultural experiences are also part of the journey. Each is thoughtfully planned, down to considering the Jyotish charts of the musicians and performers, to make sure the experience feels aligned with the timing and intention of the Pancha Karma.
“Each person arrives for their own reasons, yet something special forms when you move through the experience together. The people I met during my Pancha Karma became lifelong friends.”

Feel Called to This Experience?
I wanted to share this experience because it truly changed my life. I had never been to India, had never experienced Pancha Karma before, and I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. What I found was something more profound than I could have imagined. From the personalized care and ceremonies to the temples, food, music, community, and time for reflection, every part of the experience felt incredibly intentional. The people I met became lifelong friends, and I came home with a completely different understanding of Ayurveda and of myself. If you feel stagnant, are moving through a transition, need a reset, or simply feel something inside you saying this is for me, I encourage you to listen to that inner voice. If you feel called, please reach out. I’m happy to answer your questions and help you begin the process with Dr. Satyajith and the Sadaika Healthcare team.
